🔐 HOW TO GET THE CODE FOR THE TICKETS?

There are 3 main ways to get a ticket code:
1. Instagram
Follow us on Instagram and DM to request a code. We may ask a few quick questions for a vibe check — most of the time, you’ll get a reply instantly.

2. Returning guests
If you’ve bought tickets before, you’ll receive the code via email when tickets go live. Keep an eye on your inbox (including spam and promotions).

3. WhatsApp group

🤔 WHY DO WE USE TICKET CODES?

Using a code system allows us to thoughtfully shape the crowd. We care deeply about creating a space that feels inclusive, warm, and respectful for everyone on the dance floor.

Think of it as our digital door policy — a soft entry point. When you request a code, we may ask a few light questions as a vibe check. It helps us understand who’s joining and maintain the energy that makes SEXTOU what it is.

This also allows us to be mindful of balance within the space. For example, if we notice certain groups are overrepresented, we may prioritise others to keep the environment feeling safe and inclusive.

We don’t make decisions based on age, race, sexuality, or where you’re from. What matters to us is simple — your energy, your openness, and your kindness.

❓ IS THERE A DARK/PLAY ROOM?

At SEXTOU, the music and the dance floor are always the main focus. Each edition, we spend hours and days carefully curating the lineup and shaping a sonic journey designed to move you — to make you feel the beat, the bass, and the sound running through your body.

Everything else is secondary. If connections or moments happen naturally along the way, that’s part of the experience — an added layer, not the centre of it.

Whether there is a darkroom or not is never the point. The dance floor always is.

🚪 ARE THERE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

It depends on the situation. We usually keep a limited number of tickets for the door, but priority will always be given to online ticket holders.

✅ CAN I RESELL MY TICKETS?

Yes, you can. However, the ticket holder will still go through a vibe check at the door. In the unlikely event that entry is refused, we will refund the ticket’s face value (excluding booking fees).
